Associate Attorney

Mgr. Adam Blaha

Adam is a skilled practitioner of both family and civil law. He focuses on areas of law that touch nearly everyone’s life—yet many people feel lost in them. Within the firm, Adam is the go-to person for civil law matters arising from interpersonal relationships, often closely connected to family law.

He is highly experienced in inheritance cases and works seamlessly with notarial offices to offer clients tailored solutions. A significant portion of his practice also includes handling complex family relationships—such as revocation of gifts—and situations where clients need protection against arbitrary or unlawful actions.

But these areas are only part of his expertise. Adam’s greatest strengths lie in his patience and perseverance. These qualities make him an outstanding guide for clients in emotionally difficult proceedings—whether it’s a case involving limitation of legal capacity or involuntary detentions. His calm and meticulous approach allows him to detect even the most subtle legal nuances and ensures that no crucial detail is overlooked.

In complex matters where the broader picture risks gettin glost in a sea of details, Adam has a unique ability to chart a clear path forward, gradually build legal momentum, and bring the case to a successful conclusion. And when it’s time to stand up for the client, Adam is ready to negotiate firmly and assertively.

If you’re looking for a lawyer who will master the details of even the most demanding case—and never miss a critical fact—Adam is the right choice.

Adam has been with BRUNCKO & STRAKA since 2020 and has worked as an associate attorney since 2024. Before joining the firm, he interned at the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.

In his free time, Adam enjoys cycling, hiking, and strength training. He’s also an enthusiastic cook.

He is fluent in English.
