Aleš focuses primarily on family and civil law, includingcontracts, liability, and real estate. What makes him stand out is not just hislegal precision, but also his remarkable sensitivity to complex interpersonaldynamics.
A significant part of his practice also involves criminallaw, where he has built a strong and successful track record. Thanks to hispatience and ability to negotiate calmly, Aleš often finds solutions even whentensions run high. But when needed, he is ready to push back firmly and defendhis clients’ interests with clarity and force.

Before joining BRUNCKO & STRAKA, Aleš trained at arespected law firm in Brno, where he gained wide-ranging experience incriminal, contract, misdemeanor, family, commercial, and civil law.
Thanks to the breadth of his expertise, Aleš can take onrepresentation across many different legal areas and provide comprehensivelegal services at a high level.
He has been working with BRUNCKO & STRAKA as anassociate attorney since 2023.
Aleš is fluent in English and currently studying Spanish.
In his free time, he practices kyokushin karate—which hesees not only as a sport, but as a way of life.
