Aleš focuses primarily on family and civil law, including contracts, liability, and real estate. What makes him stand out is not just his legal precision, but also his remarkable sensitivity to complex interpersonal dynamics.
A significant part of his practice also involves criminal law, where he has built a strong and successful track record. Thanks to his patience and ability to negotiate calmly, Aleš often finds solutions even when tensions run high. But when needed, he is ready to push back firmly and defend his clients’ interests with clarity and force.

Before joining BRUNCKO & STRAKA, Aleš trained at a respected law firm in Brno, where he gained wide-ranging experience in criminal, contract, misdemeanor, family, commercial, and civil law.
Thanks to the breadth of his expertise, Aleš can take on representation across many different legal areas and provide comprehensive legal services at a high level.
He has been working with BRUNCKO & STRAKA as an associate attorney since 2023.
In his free time, he practices kyokushin karate—which he sees not only as a sport, but as a way of life.
Aleš is fluent in English and currently studying Spanish.
