Lawyer
Anna has mastered family law.
She is a true master of the written word. Anna is an outstanding legal analyst with exceptional research skills. She knows how to craft clear, systematic, and persuasive legal documents—everything you need to succeed.
Anna handles the most extensive and complex cases in our firm because she knows how to identify what matters, organize it, and work with it efficiently.
It is Anna who has authored several successful constitutional complaints, and it is Anna who can conduct a negotiation strategy involving dozens of filings and hundreds of emails that eventually lead to a successful agreement.
She understands custody disputes in divorce proceedings, represents clients in foster care and adoption matters, and negotiates with the opposing party to secure her client’s interests. Anna has a thorough command of the legal rules governing child protection services (OSPOD)—better than OSPOD itself. If you feel your local OSPOD no longer serves your child’s best interests, contact Anna.
Anna’s personal passion is legal disputes with the state over damages caused by unlawful or improper administrative procedures.
If you need a perfectly written lawsuit, appeal, or constitutional complaint, you want Anna on your team. If you feel your OSPOD is not doing its job properly—contact Anna!
Anna joined the law firm BRUNCKO & STRAKA as an assistant to attorney Stanislav in 2017, became a legal assistant in 2019, and has worked as a trainee attorney since 2022. During her studies, she completed an internship at the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.
Anna enjoys dancing and also teaches dance at the Enamour Dance Academy, which she co-founded with her dance partner.
Anna is fluent in English.
