Lawyer
Anežka has mastered family law and the protection of victims of domestic violence.
She is a bold and dynamic lawyer who is always at the center of things—quick-witted and persuasive, she speaks up even when others remain silent. Anežka is thorough and persistent—when it comes to protecting the vulnerable, she never backs down, no matter who she’s up against.
Anežka stands out for her strong personal commitment—she supports her clients not only as a lawyer, but also as a human being. She is naturally sensitive to human rights violations and is not afraid to act on that sensitivity. Thanks to her experience in the non-profit sector, she knows what injustice looks like—and she doesn’t hesitate to fight it.
She works tirelessly on every case, even when it takes a great deal of time to make progress. Her experience abroad has sharpened her systematic approach and given her insight into how rights are protected in other parts of Europe.
Anežka can act as a diplomatic negotiator, but she much prefers to speak directly and clearly—and when needed, she is unshakably firm.
If you need someone who will truly stand up for you and fight with full commitment and compassion, contact Anežka!
Anežka has been part of the law firm BRUNCKO & STRAKA since 2023 and has served as a trainee attorney since 2024.
