Associate Attorney
Denisa is a dedicated family lawyer with a strong focus on supporting victims of domestic violence. She knows how to make full use of every legal tool the Czech legal system provides—and ensures that the perpetrator feels the full weight of the law.
She has extensive experience with some of the most complex domestic violence cases. For several years, she worked with the intervention center Spondea, where she successfully secured dozens of restraining orders and protective measures against stalking.
Denisa is a tireless advocate for justice. She works fast—lack of time never stops her. Practical and result-oriented, she helps clients define clear goals and avoids recommending paths that lead nowhere.
She also has strong expertise in criminal law, having handled hundreds of procedural steps and interrogations. She does not sugarcoat things—when dealing with public authorities such as the police or child protection services (OSPOD), she is direct and unafraid.

She joined BRUNCKO & STRAKA as a trainee attorney in 2020 and has been working with the firm as an associate attorney since 2024.
Outside of work, Denisa enjoys sports—especially running—and spends her free time playing recreational floorball and football or hiking in nature.
