Associate Attorney
Denisa is a dedicated family lawyer with a strong focus onsupporting victims of domestic violence. She knows how to make full use ofevery legal tool the Czech legal system provides—and ensures that theperpetrator feels the full weight of the law.
She has extensive experience with some of the most complexdomestic violence cases. For several years, she worked with the interventioncenter Spondea, where she successfully secured dozens of restrainingorders and protective measures against stalking.
Denisa is a tireless advocate for justice. She worksfast—lack of time never stops her. Practical and result-oriented, she helpsclients define clear goals and avoids recommending paths that lead nowhere.
She also has strong expertise in criminal law, havinghandled hundreds of procedural steps and interrogations. She does not sugarcoatthings—when dealing with public authorities such as the police or childprotection services (OSPOD), she is direct and unafraid.
