She has long been fascinated by the art of negotiation and has completed formal mediation training, which gives her valuable insight into human dynamics and practical conflict management.
Zuzana’s academic background is exceptional—she has graduated from three universities and brings a rare combination of breadth and depth of knowledge. She draws on her professional experience from both the private and public sectors: she has managed business operations and projects in corporate settings and has also worked in government, focusing on foster care and child support enforcement. As a result, Zuzana sees law not just as a system of rules, but as a means to solve real problems for real people.

Zuzana has worked in law since 2022 as a trainee attorney. She joined BRUNCKO & STRAKA in January 2025.
In her free time, she enjoys being in nature, which she protects not just as a passion, but as a way of life. She has always felt a strong calling to help where help is needed, and has a long-standing interest in animal protection.
She is fluent in English.
