Lawyer

Lucie is a well-rounded expert in family law.
Her greatest strength lies in her empathy, which allows her to understand clients’ needs and quickly grasp the core of their case in order to determine an efficient and swift legal course of action. She always presents the client with possible solutions, clearly explains each option, and offers guidance so the client can make the best-informed decision.
Lucie most often deals with child custody disputes, where she becomes an unwavering opponent of even the slightest injustice. In complex cases, she is ready to invest a great deal of energy to ensure that everything necessary is done.
She is efficient and maintains responsive communication with clients to keep them up to date at all times. When the case calls for it, Lucie has no hesitation writing several legal submissions per day to keep the process moving forward.
Her strong sense of justice has led her to work not only in family law, but also in the protection of animals, anti-discrimination law, and support for victims of domestic violence – where she is particularly skilled.
And it is also Lucie who handles the most extensive community property cases at the firm, going through financial records line by line to determine the best strategy for proceedings on child support. She is tenacious, persistent, and never gives up.
If you're looking for someone who will truly understand you, Lucie is the right choice.
Lucie has been with BRUNCKO &STRAKA since 2018 and has been a trainee attorney since 2019.
